Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Legislative Budget Board (LBB) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify applicants to assist the LBB in conducting a variety of performance reviews of Texas Schools. Selection will be made solely on the skills and qualifications of the applicant; price will not be considered as a factor until after applicants are pre-qualified. Applicants may apply to be prequalified to provide expertise related to one or more of the following functional areas: Educational o Educational Service Delivery o District Governance, Leadership, Organization, and Management o Community Involvement o Technology Management Financial o Financial Management o Asset and Risk Management o Purchasing and Contract Management o Human Resources Management
