The Contractor shall provide as needed concrete services to ensure sidewalks, ramps, parking lots, are free from cracks, unevenness to ensure that clients and staff at DSSLC can walk/pass freely without injury. Concrete repairs must be ADA compliant. The Contractor shall remove and replace damaged concrete and shall perform all steps necessary to protect persons and property from risk of harm. The Contractor shall provide any emergency repairs as stated related to weather or natural disaster recovery work as assigned by DSSLC. The Contractor will be doing all concrete work necessary to include filling potholes, chipped areas of concrete in areas where patients may fall because of holes or missing concrete substance. All curbs should be evenly manicured without chip offs.
