All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: DFW seeks a wireless technology vendor hereafter referred to as “Vendor”, who is highly trained, qualified for providing Large Public Venue (LPV) connectivity, and certified to design, acquire, install, configure the program, integrate, implement, manage, and maintain the new DFW Comprehensive Wireless Platform (CWP). At contract execution, DFW will own 800+ Cisco Wireless, Access Points (APs). These APs are a combination of Cisco c4800i, c3800e, c9120AXE, and c3602i models. The Vendor shall expand, enhance, and provide wireless coverage in the Airport’s passenger terminals, airfield, apron, cargo areas, and garages. DFW anticipates that a variety of spectrum and technologies will be needed including Citizen’s Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) and Wi-Fi to address the wide range of conditions and use cases on the DFW campus. DFW expects that the Comprehensive Wireless Platform (CWP) has revenue potential that can offset some of the implementation and operating costs of the platform.
