Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent to this RFP is required to propose a preliminary scope of work for the comprehensive operational review that can be administered within ninety (90) days, which identifies priority areas for review, anticipated impact and describes evaluation methodologies. Respondent shall submit an initial proposal for areas to be evaluated and the estimated impact of each study. Negotiations will be initiated in order to establish a final list of administrative areas/functions to be studied in the review, pricing and timeline. Contractor will be expected to complete the comprehensive review of UNT within ninety (90) days from project initiation. The following list is not intended to be exhaustive, but shall serve to provide examples of the types of areas that the contractor may propose to evaluate. The final list of evaluation areas, pricing and timeline will be negotiated as part of the best and final offer from the contractor.
