Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District requires Comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrade / implementation and integration services for the migration of the existing Infor production business applications from Infor (S3 v10 Financial Management, S3 v10 Supply Chain Management, S3 v10 Human Resource, and Management / Payroll, and v11 GHR and Benefits) to Infor CloudSuite Healthcare (multi-tenant). These efforts also include existing and new ERP modules. The anticipated start date is December 1, 2023. The District is currently anticipating a “Big Bang Implementation.” Specifically, the big bang implementation will be used to describe our go-live scenario where the health system switches from its existing ERP system to a new solution at a single point in time. This means all of the District’s modules and locations go live simultaneously.
