Project consists of UH Pharmacy Renovation located at 4502 Medical Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78229. Construction Documents dated September 6, 2024, prepared Architects and Engineering firms of HDR Architecture, Cleary Zimmerman and Combs Consulting Group. The current Pharmacy Department is needing to renovate the existing Pharmacy Department to add a Compounding Room to expand their services. In order to meet the demands the Pharmacy is needing to renovate their space. Demolition of work shall consist of the following as indicated on the attached Construction Documents: to include removal of existing partitions, flooring and base, suspended acoustical ceiling tile and ceiling grid, doors and H.M. door frames, HVAC work, electrical work and stainless-steel shelving.
