Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pharr - San Juan - Alamo Independent School District is seeking an access control solution for high schools and middle schools. The project includes five (5) high schools and eight (8) middle schools for a total of thirteen schools. The solution must be compatible with Active Directory. Enabling and disabling of accounts will come from Active Directory. If a user is deactivated in Active Directory the corresponding cards should automatically be deactivated as well. This project will be a turn-key project. The proposed solution should include all necessary equipment, installation, configuration, and supplies. The solution and pricing should include at least a one (1) year maintenance and support contract, training/knowledge transfer. The proposed solution must be Open Options compliant. Open Options licensing must be included as part of the solution. Please specify if the solution will require a server and whether the server can be a virtual server. The district will provide the server if the response specifies the server requirements
