Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas Tech University System Human Resource departments have determined a need for a thorough review of the systems compensation program commonly referred to as the TTUS and TTUHSC pay plan and the pay plan administered at ASU. The pay plan supports the systems strategic plan and initiatives, business goals, competitive outlook, operating objectives, and compensation and total reward strategies. The objective of the review is to establish a pay plan that will better address the complexities of the System, situate the System for continued growth and success, as well as incorporate sound compensation practices. Working with an internal committee comprised of representatives from TTUS, TTU, TTUHSC, and ASU, the consultant will evaluate current pay plans, and offer recommendations for improvements. TTUS has regional campuses and remote sites throughout the West Texas region. The solution sought must have taken into consideration the operational differences in the three institutional entities as well as regional sites yet maintain consistency of application. Regional campuses are located in Amarillo, Abilene, Central Texas, Odessa and El Paso.
