The City of Austin, Austin Police Department (APD) seeks quotes from qualified Contractor’s to provide a variety of hot, ready-to-eat buffet style dinner or prepared meals to be served by the contractor for the Community Police Academy (CPA) participants for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 classes. CPA classes are generally conducted once per week and the estimated number of attendees ranges from 30-50 per class. The successful Offeror shall comply with City Code: Austin City Food Code; Chapter 10-3, Food and Food Handlers. The Contractor shall propose a menu solution that provides variety, nutrition, quality, and freshness. CPA participants’ surveys may be conducted to measure the food quality and service provided by the offeror. The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on the evaluation criteria or multiple awards based on the cost, qualifications, experience, and proposed menu solution by the top offeror(s).
