Communications Instruction – MedCoE Radiology Program
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W) has a requirement for the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), Academy of Health Sciences (AHS) – (MCCS-WBB) for a non-personal services contract to provide six (6) General Education (Gen Ed) credit hours in undergraduate written and oral Communication to Army students in the Radiology Technology advanced individual training course. The instruction must be provided by an accredited institution to 12 cohorts per year on a monthly basis. Each cohort will contain between 10-20 Army students. Approximately 3.5 weeks of each month will be dedicated towards providing the instruction needed for the six (6) credit hours. Services will be at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
The periods of performance are as follows:
Base Year : 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
1st Option Year: 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027
2nd Option Year: 1 Apr 2027 to 31 March 2028

The solicitation number is W81K00-25-Q-A023. The solicitation will be available on/about 20 Feb 2025 at SAM.gov.
