All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Arrest and detain offenders who commit violations of criminal laws and breaches of the peace committed in the officer’s view. 2. Maintain public and community relations on FWHS-managed assets. 3. Maintain and implement crime prevention techniques. 4. Provide protection to residents and property. 5. Report any security hazards, security breaches, defective property lighting, and deficiencies that might interrupt the overall security program or anything that may cause a threat to the health and security of the community. 6. Provide daily, written, detailed reports pertaining to all incidents, offenses, complaints, or suspicious activity on FWHS-managed assets. All reports will be submitted to the Property Manager or designee, and FWHS Director of Security for further disposition. 7. Detect, document, and report drug activity to PMC. 8. Identify illegally parked automobiles and contact the towing company for service, as needed, for safety hazards. 9. All officers will work under the successful Respondent’s company supervisor’s direction, coordinated by the Property Manager. 10. In any situation where the security of a development or resident is threatened, the officer shall call upon the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) to respond. The officer will also call upon FWPD to respond when so directed by designated administrative personnel of the PMC. FWPD shall be contacted as required to issue Criminal Trespass citations to non-residents, vagrants, and individuals not on the property as a guest of another resident. 11. Report all House Rules violations to the PMC. Issue citations to offenders and report such to property management. 12. Testify in court on behalf of the PMC when required. 13. Provide a call-in dispatch number for use by residents to report incidents or to request officer support when on duty at FWHS’s managed assets.
