The Contractor shall perform all services required to complete the Project in accordance with the Project Manual, which includes mobilization, environmental protection measures, pre-dredge hazard survey, construction surveying, mechanically dredging and placing fill, grading of material, stone shore protection and granular beach fill placement, filling in flotation access channel(s) as applicable, alternate work includes import of offsite borrow materials, site cleanup and demobilization in accordance with the specifications in the Project Manual and in conformity to lines, grades, and elevations shown on the Contract Drawings or as directed by the Engineer. All the above to include exemplary attention to the protection of surrounding environment and existing natural resources.
