One (1) Full/Dedicated Server Cabinet (minimum 42U) with CustomerControlled/Replaceable Locks 2. Two (2) 120V 30A (NEMA L5-30R) Power Connections Provided at Server Cabinet 3. Data Center Backup Generator and UPS (2N) 4. On-site Security, 24/7 monitoring 5. 24/7 Customer Access to Data Center 6. Loading Dock/Zone, Parking, and Workspaces 7. Fiber Connectivity to Service Provider (AT&T required) 8. Redundant (Dual-Entrance) Connectivity to AT&T 9. Data Center Located Within 100 miles of Austin (not within the Greater Austin area; San Antonio preferred) 10.SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Compliance Preferred
