I. Scope of Work The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for performing the following cleaning tasks on the specified schedules. All supplies will be provided by the City unless otherwise specified. A. Old City Hall – Main Building Tuesday Cleaning • Remove all trash (51 cans total) • Clean and sanitize restrooms (7 total: toilets, sinks, mirrors) • Wipe down kitchen counters and sinks (4 total) • Clean park facilities and restrooms, including trash removal (11 trash cans, 2 restrooms in park/pickleball area) Saturday Cleaning • Remove all trash (51 cans total) • Clean and sanitize restrooms (7 total) • Sanitize/wipe bathroom door handles, stall walls, and latches • Dust tops of desks with feather duster (work around paperwork) • Vacuum and mop all floors Page | 4 • Clean/sanitize kitchen counters, microwaves, and sinks (4 kitchens) • Stock hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (9 bathrooms, 4 kitchens) • Wipe down all surfaces/counters/tables in Council Chamber and Conference Room • Clean park facilities and restrooms, including trash removal Monthly Cleaning • Dust blinds, ceiling fans (2), paintings, and other surfaces • Clean interior glass, windows, glass dividers, plexiglass, and door glass • Wipe windowsills • Clean exteriors of refrigerators (4), toaster ovens (2), and vent fans • Vacuum return vents (7 bathrooms) • Clean coffee pot (vinegar cycle – 1 machine) B. Portable Building (outside Old City Hall) • Tuesday: Trash removal (6 cans), bathroom cleaning (1), desk dusting, stocking of supplies • Saturday: Full cleaning including vacuum/mop floors, bathroom, kitchen (microwave) C. New City Hall (beginning January 2026 – estimates provided) Tuesday Cleaning • Remove all trash (40–50 cans) • Clean restrooms (20–26) • Wipe down kitchen counters/sinks (4 kitchens estimated)
