4.1 Contractor’s Responsibilities • Provide Class 1 sound level meters that meet IEC 61672-1 standards. • Ensure meters include the capability to perform average decibel measurements (Leq). • Provide all required accessories, including but not limited to: windscreens, chargers, cables, carrying cases, user manuals, and calibration certificates. • Provide manufacturer-authorized calibration services, including domestic calibration and repair options. • Provide training (virtual or in-person) for City staff on device operation, measurement techniques, and data access/export. • Provide warranty information, service timelines, and all product documentation. • Deliver all equipment to the delivery location specified in Section 6.0. 4.2 City’s Responsibilities • Provide access to staff for training. • Provide timely communication regarding scheduling and needs.
