CONCRETE This item will consist of demolition, construction and/or replacement of curb structures, concrete driveways, sidewalks, A D A ramps and other concrete structures as needed. • DEMOLITION The contractor will demolish, remove and properly dispose of, at the direction of COEP designated inspector, any existing structure within the project limits that may obstruct or interrupt the construction operations. COLD MILLING For each project the Contractor shall mill the existing roadway surface, within the designated limits, and transition to existing roadway structures. To include the hauling and lawful disposal of any material organic or inorganic, including but not limited to, dirt, concrete, flowable fill, etc. removed from COEP right of way. To be followed up with testing procedures to ensure the compaction of subgrade and identifying base failure areas. CRUSHED AGGREGATE BASE COURSE REPAIR Thisitem shall consist of a base course repairs when base failures have been identified by cold milling testing procedures or by contractor and approved by designated COEP representative. Base course shall be composed of crushed aggregates constructed on the underlying surface in accordance with specifications and shall conform to the dimensions and typical cross section of original design of the existing roadway.
