The City of Laredo Boulevard of the Americas Phase 2 shall feature the construction of Plaza Azteca, located at 700 Hidalgo St., including but not limited to concrete and pavers surfaces, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, seating areas, stage, concession building with 3 suites and two unisex restrooms, mechanical room and storage, as well as shading structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, garbage containers, bike racks, directional signage, monuments and garbage enclosure. Also included in the scope of work is the construction of Plaza La Noria, located at 700 Farragut St. including but not limited to concrete and pavers surfaces, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, seating areas, shading structures, site furnishings, drinking fountains, garbage containers, bike racks and directional signage.
