The Contractor shall: • Provide a venue / facility that can accommodate approximately 400 people with chairs and tables in the same space for a 1-day event from 730 a.m. thru 3 p.m. on November 4th, 2026 (preferred), or alternate dates of November 6th, 9th, or 10th, 2026. Venue / facility must also be available for a walkthrough minimum of 90 days prior to the event. • Provide set up of venue / facility prior to event start and clean up post. • Provide on-site meal services, either plated or buffet style, and drinks. Meal options must include a meat and non-meat options with the ability to accommodate those with food allergies such as but not limited to shellfish, gluten, etc. Price must also include plates, utensils, napkins, to go boxes (primarily for our first responders who must leave early or arrive late) and table clothes.
