The intent of this bid is to establish a relationship with an HVAC contractor(s) capable of providing the full spectrum of services consisting of maintenance, repair, and replacement of the heating, ventilating, ion and air conditioning systems, subsystems, and components normally considered part of an HVAC system and required for its proper functioning according to standard industry practices and usage. The scope involves a citywide contract with attention on the Public Safety Building preventive maintenance of HVAC equip-ment located at 1525 Arkansas Lane, Grand Prairie TX, biannual inspection of the boilers at five (5) loca-tions within the city and an annual inspection of carbon monoxide alarms, general and emergency repairs to restore the operation of the systems at city facilities. The awarded contractor(s) must have software/devices (OEM compatible) to communicate with HVAC equipment and controls. Specifications are listed in Attachment A
