Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to install Christmas light strands and lighted snowflakes on the front surface of the City Hall Building. The supplied Christmas lights consist of eighty-seven (87) circuits, comprised of thirty-three (33) light strands and forty-eight (48) lighted snowflakes. Each light strand is pre-cut and labeled by circuit number and consists of C9 lights, spaced at 15 inches each. The strands may have different numbers of lights depending on the length of the strand. Each light will be attached to the building using light-clips provided by the City. Each light will be tested as it is installed. The City will provide light bulbs as needed for replacement. The snowflakes are 4-foot by 4-foot framed light fixtures that are to be mounted on existing hardware on the building. The lights, snowflakes and extension cords are to be mounted as prescribed in the Light Placement Schematics attached as Exhibit B. The end locations should be sealed/weatherproofed. All connections should be tie-wrapped. The awarded vendor will work under the direction of designated City staff and consultant.
