Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Proposer shall work with the College to provide all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and services necessary for or incidental to the upgrade of the systems including but not limited to: 2.4.1 Provide project management services to ensure adherence to the project requirements and standards detailed in this Request for Proposal and contract documents. 2.4.2Develop and coordinate the project schedule with HCC’s Project Management and CyberSecurity and Networks.2.4.3Provide all testing, documentation and training for all systems upgraded in these specifications. 2.4.4 Collaborate with HCC IT Department in all aspects of the project including, design, planning,preparation, deployment, implementation, configuration, quality assurance, testing and acceptance; 2.4.5 Weekly coordination meetings and record minutes;2.4.6 Provide a Gantt chart with active project schedule and projected milestones;2.4.7 Daily updates 2.4.8 Testing and final acceptance.
