Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Christmas Decorations at Marktplatz will be for a one-time purchase and permanent installation of the following: 1. 16 extra-large oak trees on Marktplatz - a map will be provided by the Parks and Recreation Department a. Provide and wrap trunks & main branches with lights to 20 feet i. Cool white LED mini lights with approximately 1 inch spacing b. Provide and spread lights in canopies i. Cool white LED C-9 bulbs 2. Polarized commercial grade outdoor extension cords. 3. Shall include labor, material, equipment including all boom rentals and any other necessary incidentals needed to complete the installation. 4. Trunk wrapping and tree canopies shall be done in the same style as the Pedernales Electric Company (PEC) Christmas lights. A photograph will be provided by the Parks and Recreation Department of the PEC lights. 5. Any motorized equipment that must be placed on the grass at Marktplatz will need to use protective mats provided by the City. 6. Installation shall be completed between Thursday, October 31, 2019, and Monday, November 18, 2019.
