Successful Respondent must: a. maintain information related to the Contract separately to preclude any comingling of TWC information and other information maintained by the Successful Respondent; b. safeguard information and data collected under the Contract to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability; c. not use or sell account information, and provide a written policy to ensure data privacy and security to TWC; d. cooperate with the TWC Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and security team in the detection and remediation of any security vulnerability of the software program(s) and/or platform(s) in accordance with Attachment 5 - Data Use Agreement; and e. adhere to TWC’s Prohibited Technology Policy, in accordance with Attachment 1 TWC Terms & Conditions Section 3.41 that requires all contractors to refrain from using any prohibited technologies on systems that store, maintain, or use TWC information, or any system connected to such a system.
