A. Assumptions 1. The service provider will: a. elicit requirements for both (business functions and system integrations) as requested b. design and implement new Cherwell workflows, including integrations with existing systems where required c. ensure that data from various sources is properly deconflicted d. develop and or modify integration processes that run and update the Cherwell CMDB on a predefined cadence e. provide test results that verify that newly created workflows and integrations work properly f. adhere to existing change management processes B. Requirements 1. Roles - Cherwell systems integrator a. Cherwell solutions engineer b. Cherwell Designer c. Cherwell Administrator 2. Responsibilities- Build Cherwell agency solutions a. Integrate existing systems with the Cherwell CMDB b. Elicit requirements, design, construct, test, deploy and train c. Develop Cherwell data exports as requested C. Acceptance criteria - DPS user acceptance testing and signoff for requested work. Vendor must receive Final Acceptance Form, Exhibit F.3 from DPS before an invoice can be issued.
