Specifications include, but are not limited to: cheerleader and tumbling training classes for North East ISD High School cheerleader squads by qualified gyms located in the San Antonio area per the following specifications and conditions: A. The estimated annual value of the contract is $50,000 - $100,000. North East ISD does not guarantee any quantities or dollar amounts and actual bid values could be more or less. B. All cheerleader and tumbling training classes will be performed on a firm date and time schedule agreed to by each high school cheerleader Sponsor and gym. C. Bidders must be duly licensed in the State of Texas for the business of cheerleader and tumbling instructional classes. Bidders must provide the following information on the bid form: a. A brief description of business experience b. Numbers of years business has been established. c. List of at least three (3) major accounts serviced within the last year d. Provide list of at least three (3) references D. Multiple vendors will be approved to establish a qualified vendor list. North East ISD high school sponsors will only utilize the cheerleader & tumbling training services of vendors on the qualified vendor list.
