Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Respondent shall be responsible for providing an Availability Management practice to ensure all Services are delivered as agreed upon under the Contract. Successful Respondent’s Availability Management practice shall design infrastructure and applications that can deliver required availability levels, ensure services and components are able to collect the data required to measure availability, monitor, analyze and report on availability, and plan availability improvements. (2) Successful Respondent shall create and maintain an Availability Management Plan to support the Services, to include content that describes Successful Respondent's approach in delivering its Availability Management practice and provide information as described in this Part D.5.a. (3) Successful Respondent’s Availability Management practice processes shall confirm the CAPPS Infrastructure and CAPPS Applications, and/or Services, are up and available for use 24x7x365 excluding scheduled down time and reacting to events that might affect Successful Respondent's ability to meet required availability Service Levels. Successful Respondent’s Availability Management practice shall include proactively optimizing the capability of the IT infrastructure, application systems and service organization to deliver sustained and cost-effective levels of availability, which in turn enables CPA to satisfy business objectives. Successful Respondent’s Availability Management shall be applied to all technical components/Services under the SOW.
