Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roots Recovery Center, a 24/7 facility, is seeking to procure catering services for individuals experiencing substance abuse withdrawals. The focus of these services is to provide balanced and nutritious meals to support the healing process of our patients. Here are the specific requirements: 1. Meal Provision: The selected catering service must be capable of providing 3 meals per day, 365 days a year, including Holidays. The meal counts are as follows: Breakfast: 308 meals Lunch: 298 meals Dinner: 238 meals 2. Menu: The catering service is expected to offer a two-week sample menu that demonstrates their ability to provide healthy, balanced meals. 3. Liquid Diet Alternative: A liquid diet alternative is required for each meal (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) to accommodate those who are not able to eat a full meal. 4. Delivery Services: The catering service should include delivery services for every meal, ensuring that meals are delivered and set up 30 minutes prior to the following meal times: Breakfast: 8:00 am Lunch: 12:30 pm Dinner: 6:00 pm 5. Equipment: The catering service should provide coolers, serving warmers, and platters for meal service. They are also responsible for picking up serving equipment after each meal. Additionally, we are seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced professional catering company that can offer independent and reliable catering services. Proof of Liability Insurance is a mandatory requirement, and we will request an annual fee for the provision of services.
