Successful Respondent’s proposal must include the following, but is not limited to: a. Ability to generate approximately one thousand (1,000) annual career exploration reports that produces accurate and valuable results for users. b. Ability to identify careers, strengths, stress behaviors, and motivational needs. c. An accessible online format with the flexibility to complete assessment at user’s home or at VRC offices. d. Ability to allow users to take assessment in phases and stop assessment, save progress, and resume from last question answered. e. Ability to request technical support communication channels for users to ask questions or request assistance via help desk, email, online chat, clear instructions for troubleshooting common issues, or a dedicated accessibility hotline. f. Robust data collection and reporting capabilities including but not limited to: 1. Individual reporting that is easy to read and interpret, 2. Providing practical, personalized, and specific information on users.
