Pre-Construction Services to include documentation of the following: • Existing Conditions familiarization • Familiarization with Parkland HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Life Safety, Access Control and CCTV, Communications and Data, and Clinical Engineering standards and product selections, interacting with the Supervisor or Project Manager of each such department within Parkland Hospital for the purpose of establishing these, applicable to design and construction of this improvement. • Program and Space List Confirmation and work with Equipment Vendor for test fits. • Locally applicable Codes and Standards Compliance Confirmation Checklist • Applicable State Agency standards regulating Healthcare Construction Design Phase Services to include: • Schematic Design • Design Development • Construction Documents • Development of potential Add or Deduct Alternates to support budget alignment. Construction Phase Services to include: • Procurement Phase Services • Assistance with Permit Application and Issuance • Construction Administration Phase Services • Post Construction Commissioning • Follow-up services during the 12-Month Post-Construction Warranty period.
