Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are as-needed pick up and recycling services to collect cardboard baled with state-owned baler equipment for recycling. The Contract involves as needed collection, transportation, baling wire and recycling of cardboard bales generated by the 10-Horsepower Olympic Cardboard Compactor, Model V64HD, located at San Antonio State Hospital. The facility estimates anywhere between 6-10 bails per month. a) Services to be Provided 1. Collection Services: Contractor shall collect cardboard bales from the specified location using Contractor equipment and suitable transportation. 2. Transportation and Recycling: Contractor shall transport the collected cardboard bales to a recycling facility equipped to process cardboard materials. 3.
