DIR or its designee intends to contract with the Successful Respondent to provide Canvas LMS Cloud and Studio Subscription. The Canvas platform is a Learning Management System (LMS) used by educational institutions to manage online courses and facilitate communication between students and instructors. It provides a platform for delivering course materials, assignments, discussions, and grades. Canvas is leveraged by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s (THECB) Texas OnCourse Academy to deliver learning experiences to Texas counselors and advisors. The application, Texas OnCourse (https://texasoncourse.org/), currently serves over 18,000 advising professionals across the state. This IFB seeks 8,500 users each of the Canvas LMS and Studio Cloud Subscriptions.
