This Statement of Work describes the general requirements for the testing and consulting services for various contaminants i.e., leadbased paint, asbestos containing and contaminated materials, mold Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB), and remediation of other chemical contamination. These services are required to support the University’s maintenance, operation, renovation and improvement programs at all UTSA Campuses. Contractor will supply all labor, materials, tools, instruments, supplies, equipment, transportation, and related services necessary to provide University as-needed Environmental Testing and Consulting Services for a full range of contaminants. Contaminated materials may include but are not limited to: • Asbestos • Lead Based Paint • Mold • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) • Other Chemical Contamination Remediation
