Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Store will be located on the University’s campus in MD Anderson Library. The University retains complete authority regarding the appearance of the UH Campus Technology Store and will provide basic furnishings, carpeting, and lighting for the store. However, the Respondent will be responsible for custom displays, lighting, and furnishings procured through University Facilities. UH Information Technology will provide network bandwidth and telecommunication services. The Respondent will be responsible for annual telecommunication charges based on demand and/or usage at the Store. Online Store: Respondent will operate an ecommerce web site for the store; UH Information Technology will have final approval over all of the content, navigation, and appearance of such a Respondent - operated store web site. The University expects that the store web site will maintain an uptime average of 99%. Other than as specifically provided herein, the Respondent will have no rights or ownership in the University-owned URL. Upon the expiration or termination of the Agreement for any reason, Respondent will cease using the UH Information Technology Store URL for any purpose and return all control over that URL to the University. Using the University-owned URL, the web store will provide inventory availability and delivery information to the campus.
