Specifications include, but are not limited to: TSC is seeking proposals for security guard services for TSC campus buildings including the International Technology, Education and Commerce Center located at 301 Mexico Boulevard and other out of campus facilities. The awarded Respondent shall be responsible for providing a security service performed by qualified employees during the times and locations to be agreed upon by the parties and for other events and occasions as required by TSC. Provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays and College closures. The size of security personnel and equipment will be reviewed and evaluated with the awarded Respondent. The scope of work must include but not limited to Campus Patrol (Vehicle provided by Company/On foot/QR Codes), building lock-up/unlocking, Command Center System monitoring (cameras/emergency response notifications), report writing system, phone line monitoring, Security Guard Communication(s) (hand held radios/cell phones), and safety/security equipment provided. Brief examples are noted but not limited to these; vandalism, theft and fire prevention, facilities, grounds and parking lots patrols, building lock-up, unlocking rooms, emergency system monitoring, camera monitoring, and maintaining written reports as required, verbal/telephone notification, responding to critical incidents as needed, contacting local police services as deemed appropriate.
