The Wharton County Junior College District (the "District") operates two (2) bookstore locations in College owned facilities. One at the main campus in Wharton, Texas and one at our satellite campus located in Richmond, Texas. We are in the early stages of planning a new student center at the main campus in Wharton, Texas, which will feature a bookstore and take the place of our current Wharton campus bookstore. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) seeks competitive proposals to provide bookstore services (“Services”) at the current locations in Wharton and Richmond, as well as at the planned bookstore in the new main campus student center, which is not yet constructed. Additionally, the selected provider will offer access to our students attending classes at the Bay City and Sugar Land campuses, where there will be no physical bookstore presence.
