Renovation & Expansion of an existing 18,200 gross square foot Recreation Center and the enlargement of an existing large playground. The project involves the addition of approximately 6,100 square feet, which includes the expansion of an existing Fitness Room, the addition of 2 multi-Purpose rooms, a new reception area, new staff offices, provision of a new IDF Room, new kitchenette, and the complete remodel of existing public restrooms. The existing playground enlargement component will include a new 2–5-year kids’ playground area addition and the existing playground will convert to a new 5–12-year kids’ area. Both areas will receive new poured-in-place surfacing, new shade structures, and new playground equipment. The project will include a partial modification of the existing parking lot and a landscape package.
