: Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project. The project includes but is not limited to new construction of the buildings, along with site work and supporting utilities, includes architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression and alarm, and IT/telecom trades. Exterior improvements include building signage, civil site modifications, asphalt paving, concrete walkways, demolition of existing and new utility lines at Camp Bowie, Texas as outlined in this RFP. The scope is more fully described in the Attachment G – Project Specifications, and Attachment H – Project Drawings/Plans, which include specifications, drawings/plans, and other contract documents, prepared by the A/E of record, Jacobs Engineering Group, and TMD.
