Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of demolition, removal, transportation, and disposal of components of the Port Lavaca Bilge Reclamation Facility and the Port O’Connor Bilge Reclamation Facility. The Project sites are located at 912 Broadway Street, Port Lavaca, Texas, 77979, 93 Trevor Street, Port O’Connor, Texas 77902 and 448 Harbor Road, Seadrift, Texas 77983. Contractor shall dispose of all materials, debris, and residual fluids/sludge at appropriate authorized waste facilities, provide waste manifests, and certificates of disposal, or landfill receipts to the GLO immediately following disposal, and follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and industry safety standards during performance of the Project.
