Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dining Facility Decorations. The Contractor shall decorate the interior of the dining facilities twenty (20) days prior toThanksgiving Day and twenty (20) days prior to Christmas Day. Decorations will be provided by the Contractor.Thanksgiving decorations shall be removed by the close of business three (3) days after the holiday.Disposal of Grease. The Contractor shall not discard grease, oils, or fats used in cooking process in dumpsters. TheContractor shall maintain these items in covered State provided containers. The Contractor shall locate grease containersin a Government designated area. Grease cans shall not be filled to more than six (6) inches from the top.Outbreak of Disease. During actual or suspected food borne or communicable disease outbreaks, the Contractor shallmake facilities, equipment, and employees available for testing and questioning by medical and other investigativepersonnel to aid in investigations of outbreaks. When a food borne outbreak is suspected, leftover food shall not beconsumed or discarded until directed by the installation medical authority (IMA).
