Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for the purchase of Mobile Workforce Unit Custom Coach (RV); The Mobile Workforce Unit will be used to expand access to clients throughout the 13-county area to increase outreach and delivery of immediate workforce services and programs in areas that a brick and motor WFC may not be readily available to participants. Additionally, it will expand the outreach of services during times of emergencies, be utilized during onsite job fairs by sponsored employers which will increase participation, convenience, and access to the community at large. WSA is intending to purchase a Custom Coach (RV) with class-room style interior approximately thirty-eight (38) feet in length. The mobile unit must be customized to include, at a minimum, the following: A. Vehicle Requirements 1) Detailed specifications/breakdown 2) ADA wheelchair ramp/lift system 3) Air Conditioned 4) External outlets 5) Generator(s) – compartment stored 6) IT wired 7) Safety railings/handles 8) Fire extinguishers /Smoke detectors 9) Vehicle diagram, and/or Photos of similar-use vehicles 10) Security System 11) Warranty
