Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tyler Junior College seeks to provide Continuing/Workforce Education students and Corporate Training clients with the level of education and training required to furnish them with all necessary tools and skills for success in the workplace. The successful provider(s) responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall fully meet the needs, requirements and expectations of TJC students and client(s). TJC makes no guarantee as to the volume of purchases each fiscal year. TJC strongly urges all respondents to include details related to their teaching/training skills, knowledge, expertise and specific services, space, and/or equipment offered in their proposal. TJC anticipates further growth over the term of this contract, so vendors can offer other course delivery and training services not listed in this RFP for consideration by the evaluation committee. Such additional services might include the provision of space and/or specialized equipment needed for specific trainings. It is anticipated that this will be a multi-vendor award. Final awards will be based on scoring by the evaluation committee (see Evaluation Criteria for details.) TJC Continuing/Workforce Education and Corporate Training has education and training programs in several disciplines, including: Financial and Business Services, Human Resources, Information and Digital Technologies, Construction, Healthcare, English as a Second Language, Foreign Language Training, Advanced Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics, Truck Driving, Programming, Cybersecurity, Pre-K and K-12 Teacher/Educational Curriculum Training, Coding Camps, Corporate Leadership, Online Education and Training, and other Manufacturing. In addition, TC provides customized training and talent development to meet current client needs and build the workforce of tomorrow by analyzing goals and developing relevant training solutions to advance a business's most important asset: human capital. The profile of the TJC learner varies greatly. We have individuals of all ages, at all levels, beginning at age 3 and above, with varying levels of education and technical skill. The amount of people per course/training will vary. We also serve non-native English speakers. The frequency of training will be offered on demand. We make no promises of any level of utilization. We will work with the approved vendor who best meets the needs of our students and clients. All eligible providers submitting complete proposals will be considered. This is a multiple vendor award. Highlighted Disciplines Include: I. Leadership, Supervisor and Sales Training. Qualified training and training materials shall accomplish the following: A. Develop leadership skills, improve self-awareness, communication, build collaboration, manage and lead change, provide context for conflict resolution and cooperation. B. Develop supervisor skills to assist in working with, and development of, the workforce. C.
