Specifications include, but are not limited to: * 2500 to 250,000 LBF (11 to 1112 KN) testing range with accuracy of ±0.5% of indicated load * Suitable for cylinders, cubes, beams and cores of standard strength concrete mixes * Suitable for concrete strength up to 7000 psi for 6 inch diameter cylinders * Have a load cell or transducer to measure compressive forces within the testing range and shall be calibrated and verified in accordance with the latest revision of the following ASTM test methods: - ASTM 39 C 39M, “Standard Test Method for Compressive Strength of Cylindrical Concrete Specimens” - ASTM E4, “Standard Practices for Force Verification of Testing Machines” - Conform to all the requirements of ASTM C39, Section 5, “Apparatus” for Digital Hydraulic Testing Machines - Be calibrated to an accuracy within plus or minus a maximum of one percent of the indicated force, in accordance with ASTM E-4. Factory and field calibrations shall be performed (Ref. Part III, Para. 2, Calibration) * Load frame shall be solid steel, rigid, and welded to make a one piece construction which shall not deform under repeated use.
