Specifications include, but are not limited to: TAMSOSRS is requesting proposals from firms to conduct a comprehensive EVMS assessment of the the Texas A&M Center for Innovation in Advanced Development and Manufacturing (CIADM) program. The effort will determine what existing management practices need to be changed, eliminated, enhanced or developed for the CIADM program to be fully compliant with a Tier 1 ANSI/EIA Standard-748 A EVMS. TAMUS is seeking a VENDOR with an established history of providing high quality and cost effective systems related to an ANSI/EIA Standard-748 A, fully compliant EVMS functionality that fulfills all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and will enhance and strenghten TAMUS overall project management capabilities. TAMUS is not only seeking a VENDOR that has demonstrated experience with developing and implementing successful, efficient and compliant EVMS processes on various government regulated and monitored programs such as those under the purview of the Department of Health and Human Serivces (DHHS) and/or the Department of Defense (DoD), but also is skilled at assessing the CIADMs current capabilities related to the following processes: - Development and Management of Integrated Master Schedule - Performance Measurement Baseline Development and Management - Change Control and Documentation - Risk Management and Reporting - Monthly Contract Performance Reporting and Analysis - Support to Control Account Managers and Program Manager - EVMS Software Integration and Support - System Process Development and Documentation - Integrated Baseline Reivew (IBR) Support and Planning - EVMS Validation Support
