The City of Port Arthur is seeking assistance from a company with experience and knowledge in the collection of commercial garbage collection. The City is seeking the following equipment and services: 2 to 4 (28-30) garbage trucks. Trucks must be automated front loader. NO MANUAL OFF LOADING WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE LANDFILL. Drivers/operators with a minimum of 3 years experience. Drivers/operators must make sure the all garbage is collected before moving to the next area. Drivers/operators must provide their own safety gear. Operating hours will be from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. Contractor must provide the services within 2 hours from the request. Fees must be for a daily rate to include truck, fuel, driver/operator and all related appurtenances.
