General Main Lobby on level one (historic area) will have no work. No work to café. Add steel canopy and signage outside south basement entry for better visibility. Replace skylights on roof. Coordinate with DM work for additional elevator work. Coordinate with DM work for envelope evaluation and potential window work. Improve occupant health and comfort Improve air quality, daylighting with tie into lighting controls, new blinds with controls from bottom up, upgraded break rooms with more appliances, added mother’s room, new furniture, acoustic mitigation at two story space and in cube areas ensure equitable space allocation. Finishes 1. Assume all concrete columns will be refinished in a manner that looks good, but takes as little dimension as necessary (plaster?) 2. All toilet rooms will receive new flooring walls counters and partitions. 3. All breakrooms will receive new cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel sinks, TVs and multiple refrigerators minimum 2, 3 where space allows, including additional power and data. All new flooring, ceilings and paint and furniture. 4. All doors will be aluminum frame. Doors into suites, conference rooms and offices to have an 18” - 24” sidelight. (not shown in plans) 5. Add new blinds that pull up from bottom at all exterior windows in occupied areas. 6. New signage to meet Capitol complex sign standards. 7. Flooring to be carpet in office areas, ceramic tile in breakrooms, toilet rooms and elevator lobbies, and LVP in corridors. 8. Ceilings to 2 x 2 suspended grid with gypsum in elevator lobby and conference rooms. Due to the existing floor to floor heights and concrete beams it is expected that some areas may have areas of exposed ducts with acoustic tiles on underside of deck for sound attenuation re extensive gypsum board furrdowns for changes in ceiling levels to accommodate ducts.
