Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services, necessary for the construction of Fire Station 4 The building is a three bay, 14,000 square feet new ground up masonry building with a training tower. Construction includes civil construction, parking lots, driveways, and generator yard. CMAR will work with architect to assist with building materials and construction template for providing a cohesive budget. Construction will include civil site work, sidewalks, exterior lighting, landscaping , irrigation and signage. Building construction will include new facade and interior walls per architect's approved plans, including building foundation and underground utilities, building plumbing, mechanical, electrical and lighting, data / low voltage, audio visional and access control installations to meet City Standards and 2022 IBC 2023 NEC and local codes. Also included are fire suppression and alarm systems as needed to meet Codes.
