Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Celina is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services, necessary for the installation of one new 5995 sq. ft. modular building with nine (9) modular sections and the relocation of one existing 5995 sq. ft. modular building with nine (9) modular sections located at 405 W Walnut Avenue in Celina, Texas. Once the existing modular has been relocated, minor interior remodel work will be required. Scope of work will include coordination of new building installation, relocation of existing building, connection to site water, sewer, and electrical utilities to each building, connection and reconnection of interior plumbing, electrical and mechanical fixtures, interior low voltage and A/V installation, access control hardware, minor additional wall construction, painting and patching walls as needed, repairing existing lay-in ceiling, coordinating exterior camera installation and all site work including paving, striping, landscaping, signage and installation of building decking, stairs and ramp access.
