The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) an agency of the State of Texas, intends to make a purchase that we believe is only available for purchase through a single provider. The Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) seeks to procure leadership training services to support the agency’s mission of building staff capacity in accordance with the Texas Model. The training will focus on developing leadership skills to effectively manage staff, address challenging conversations, and provide appropriate feedback. The program will enhance current and future leadership within TJJD by equipping trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver consistent, high-quality training internally across the agency.
