This is a service contract with equipment and personnel to provide MHE capable of loading and unloading containerized and non-containerized equipment weighling less than 10,000 lbs and no more than 100 tons. Equipment must be capable of handling containerized equipment ranging from quadcons to twenty (20) foot equivalent units (TEUs), and non-containerized equipment ranging from armored or unarmored miltary vehicles. The contractor shall provide capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment across several footprints located in Fort Cavazos. Locations include Container Rail Yard, Logistic Readiness Center (LRC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Modernization Displacement and Repair Site (MDRS), company motor pools, company operated facilities (COF), recycle cnter, and supply support activities (SSA). Non-containerized equipment will only require upload services.
The contractor shall provide three (3) 15K Forlift w/ operator, one (1) 30K Forlift w/ operator, and four (4) 53' Flatbed Trucks w/ operators, on Mondays through Firdays during the hours of 0730 to 1700.
Period of Performance: 27 January to 07 February 2024.

Instrucion to Offerors-Commerical Products and Commercial Services
Factor 1- Technical capability of the item offered to meet the HGovernments requirement.
i. Quote shall provide the Technical Equipment Specifications to allow the Government to review the Technical Capability.
Factor 2 - Delivery
i. Include the delivery date in the Quote. The delivery of equipment and Operators shall be NLT 22 January 2025
Factor 3 - Price
i. Ensure each CLIN is priced and the total price is mathematically correct.
