Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 To locate and deploy an electronic classroom locking system to assist in our mission of providing worldclass customer service to UNT World employees. 3.2.2 The tool should be a centralized system for tracking, prioritizing, managing, responding to, and resolving customer requests. 3.2.3 The system should include interface with the Best Cylinder locking hardware throughout the UNT campus, and must interface with the Ad Astra class scheduling software in use by UNT. 3.2.4 The solution should include an electronic software system for opening doors to classrooms equal to the Vanderbilt system now in use (preferably more secure and easier to maintain). 3.2.5 The electronic locking system should provide Access Control with information about who enters the room and what time through available reporting.
